My career in the construction industry has spanned almost 30 years working for some of the UKs' leading PLC and Limited house builders, in a number of senior roles, and across a broad section of disciplines.

Primary focus remains to be Market Research, Product Valuation, Purchaser Profiling, Quality Control, Defect Diagnosis, NHBC Resolution, Customer Care, and more latterly Department Leadership. This diversity of experience resulting in a unique understanding of the mechanics of Land Purchase and Build Process right through to the Customer Journey and into the NHBC warranty period.

With this unique background in the industry, I offer my clients a professional Sales Valuation Reporting Service on a site by site instruction basis. In addition I am available on a freelance basis for consultancy or contracting across a variety of Customer Care, Quality Inspection, Defect Management, and Departmental Framework, Strategy, or Implementation Projects.
